We open the doors of our house to see you again and so that you can get to know our newly represented Jingdiao first hand. A solution that achieves extraordinary precision in finishing, both in small and large parts. Ultra-precision is the term that defines the brand.
In our facility, you can experience Jingdiao’s GRU 200T solution, a high-speed 5-axis precision machining center is suitable for mold part milling, grinding, polishing and small hole drilling of metallic and non-metallic materials. One of its main features is that it has 4 types of spindles and 4 types of tool magazines to suit a variety of scenarios. As for the micron processing ability, it performs “0.1μ advance, 1μ cut, nanoscale surface roughness” stably.
On the other hand, we will have the Okuma MB-80V model. The ideal high-precision bridge mill for machining large parts such as those used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment and automotive mold/die. Cutting precision as well as cutting power and resistance and high speeds are combined with maximum quality and productivity. In order to guarantee high precision, Okuma uses the Thermo-Friendly concept, which, thanks to efficient handling of the chips, achieves a reduction in maintenance times.
